National Championships
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to pop on here and say a huge well done to everyone who took part in the National Championships this weekend. I thought the standard for the iaido was very good, and I was not surprised to find that everyone progressed through the pools to the knockout stages. It was a really good team fielded from the dojo this year, and I really felt the camaraderie and support from everyone. Special mention must go to Valentina, who managed to achieve the bronze-medal spot in the mudan category, even though it was her first comeptition! And also congrats to Dave, who kept the recent tradition of Hagakure getting at least one fighting-spirit award going
I will be at training this evening, but if anyone wants to add the jodo info here, that would be great!
Well done again everyone!
